Whenever I am out in the woods, the sight of a mushroom poking up from the ground or out the side of a tree fills me with wonder. The more I learn about this peculiar species, I am in greater awe. Someday, I would like to learn which ones are edible and go foraging with my friends.

My last D&D character was a sentient mushroom named Thesis of the Ripple, born of a mysterious tear in spacetime and raised by forest creatures and an ancient, very handsome dragon.

Fruit is easily my favorite food to eat. My photosynthesis proficiency is not so high as to sustain myself solely by direct sunlight. In the meantime, a pear, banana, guava, watermelon and so many more will keep me well beyond satisfied.

There is a comic about a group of notorious pirates seeking a fabled treasure trove while battling their world government using whacky superpowers gained from eating exotic fruits… One Piece!

The ocean was my first home. I grew up rocking to the ebb and flow of tides, jogging the coastline with old gramps and architecting castles after yoga.

Whenever I feel disconnected from the earth, her waters embrace with open waves and carry me to shore.

I am fond of the moon, space, and cosmos. Natural phases, cycles, and the delicate interplay between grand and granular systems were some of my earliest fascinations.

Gazing into the night sky, I am made to feel neigh infinitely small. Yet, there is a sense of bigness compared to the flickering specks many thousands of light-years away. I feel loved by the all that is.
